Key Responsibilities
Shape and evolve multi-domain technology roadmap.
Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, AI/ML, security, and application layers.
Champion modern, scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms using microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first designs.
Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams across geographies and domains.
Establish high-performance engineering practices including Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, and container-based infrastructure.
Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous innovation with robust observability and DevOps at scale.
Collaborate with business, product, and sales teams to design solutions that solve real-world problems.
Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and resilience across projects and domains.
Experience Required:
17–25 years of progressive experience in technology roles.
At least 7+ years in senior/executive leadership positions.
Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams, driving platform-led transformations, and leading enterprise-scale architecture.
Proven leadership across multiple industries—ideally FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, or Industrial/Manufacturing.
