Position: Business Analyst, Securities Services

Location: Bangalore/ Remote/ Hybrid

Job Type: 9 month Contract

Notice Period: Immediate to 15  days 

CTC : 3.5 lakh per month

 Principle Responsibilities: 

  • The Business Analyst will be a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements regarding a new digital platform for Securities Services. 
  • The Business Analyst is expected to demonstrate strong requirements gathering expertise through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, and documenting business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will support the build of a new platform which provide one stop solutions for Securities Services Clients
  • Solicit customer feedback on products and services to identify areas of product improvement. 
  • Provide business and product knowledge in developing a marketplace platform for Securities Services business. 

What you will need to succeed in the role: 

  • As per our understanding, the candidate must have overall 10 to 13 years of experience out of which 
  • 6-8 years of recent experience in developing and implementing cross-function business process flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex business processes. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Securities Services domain experience 
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational application and technical alternatives. 
  • Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems 
  •  Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as BPMN, UML, MS Project and MS Visio
  • Ability to identify new transformation / automation opportunities through current / future state process assessment / process re-engineering / root cause analysis. 
  •  Proactively participate in user acceptance testing projects. Develop testing scenarios and scripts, identify and document functional test cases, write and execute test scripts. 
  • Strong analytical and project management Skills 
  • Detail oriented, strong oral and written communication skills. 
  •  Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills 
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused 
  • Comfortable to be challenged by senior stakeholders on their own recommendations and justify their decisions. 
  • Ability to drive workshops, organize the agenda and content with internal / external participants.
