Job Overview: As a Director & Associate Director in Financial Services Consulting Advisory, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, working closely with financial institutions to deliver high-impact solutions. You will lead and manage consulting engagements, foster client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. This role will commence in India, and high-performing individuals may have the opportunity to relocate to the GCC region after one year, subject to business requirements and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex financial services consulting projects, providing strategic advice and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage and mentor teams of consultants, guiding them in delivering exceptional client service and fostering their professional growth.
• Utilize your industry expertise to provide valuable insights into trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues impacting the financial services sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, earning their trust and confidence in our advisory services.
• Contribute to the creation of proposals, presentations, and thought leadership materials for business development purposes.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is advantageous.
• Extensive experience (8+ years for Director, 5+ years for Associate Director) in financial services consulting, gained within a reputable consulting firm or financial institution.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the capacity to mentor and develop talent.
• Willingness to relocate to the GCC region after one year if required.
