Oversee the operations of multiple office, store or business branches |
|
Guide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisors |
|
|
Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration |
|
|
Invoicing of Customer Creating & reverying |
|
|
Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations |
|
|
Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance |
|
|
Maximize company profits at the branches you supervise |
|
|
Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and staff remotely through appropriate technology |
|
|
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively |
|
|
Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously |
|
|
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills |
|
|
Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Backup software |
|
|
Strong Knowledge on Networking, System administration and Hardware issues |
|
|
ITIL certified, and PMP/Prince 2 will be prioritized |
|
|
The ability to work well under pressure |
|
|
Asset Management - Inventory and All systems compliance |
|
|
Ability to generate profits in multiple sales locations |
|
|
Business management skills |
|
|
The ability to take the initiative |
|
|
The ability to create and run strong training programmes |
