Job Description:
  • Achieve sales targets and primary/secondary objectives
  • Drive prescription generation and market share growth in key accounts
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing and brand strategies
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend corrective actions
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate ABMs & frontline sales teams
  • Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews
  • Build a high-performance, compliant, and ethical sales culture
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the region
  • Prepare regional sales plans, forecasts, and budgets
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and resource utilization
  • Review sales performance, productivity, and ROI metrics
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company SOPs
