Achieve sales targets and primary/secondary objectives
- Drive prescription generation and market share growth in key accounts
- Ensure effective execution of marketing and brand strategies

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate ABMs & frontline sales teams
- Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews
- Build a high-performance, compliant, and ethical sales culture

Prepare regional sales plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure effective territory coverage and resource utilization
- Review sales performance, productivity, and ROI metrics
