Technical Skills ● Expertise in full-stack development using technologies like Laravel, Node.js, React, and Angular. ● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. ● Proficiency in database technologies (relational and non-relational) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. ● Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience ● Min. 6+ years in leadership roles within IT services or digital agencies, managing teams of 10+ developers. ● Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade, distributed systems in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong background in startups or agile environments, understanding the dynamics of scaling technical teams.
