Job Description:
- Design, implement, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the CMDB.
- Create and manage ITIL processes and workflows in ServiceNow.
- Develop custom scripts using JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Git to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Docker to deploy and manage applications and services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the CMDB and its integrations.
