Job Description:

Job Title: Commissioning Manager – Oil & Gas Industry

Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 25,000 – 30,000 (Full Package)
Contract Status: Family

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Manager with extensive expertise in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will lead the pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within specified quality, cost, and schedule parameters.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Experience:

o 20+ years in the Oil & Gas industry.

o 7–10 years in pre-commissioning/commissioning activities (minimum 5 years in a managerial role).

Educational Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).

o Professional certifications in commissioning/pre-commissioning (preferred).

Industry Knowledge:

o Comprehensive understanding of construction management, particularly in cross-country pipelines (multi-disciplinary projects).

o Proficiency in engineering principles and systems.

o Extensive knowledge of international standards and Saudi Aramco standards, quality, and safety regulations.

Key Skills:

o Strong leadership and time management abilities.

o Effective organizational and communication skills.

o Risk assessment and mitigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Development & Implementation:

o Develop and implement pre-commissioning and commissioning plans.

Compliance & Standards Adherence:

o Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and international standards, including Saudi Aramco regulations

Collaboration:

o Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Scheduling & Documentation:

o Prepare, review, and approve pre-commissioning/commissioning schedules and related documentation.

Risk Management:

o Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.

Issue Resolution

o Identify and resolve deficiencies to maintain project integrity and progress.

Monitoring & Reporting:

o Monitor progress and prepare regular reports to ensure alignment with project goals.

Project Completion

o Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to specified quality and safety standards
