Job Description:

Job Title: Contracts/Subcontracts Manager

Location: Dhahran-KSA

Experience: Min 15 years in contracts and subcontract management

Aramco Project experience- Min 5 years

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts/Subcontracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing contracts and subcontracts, particularly in the context of pipeline projects for Aramco. This role requires expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align contract strategies with project goals.
  • Provide guidance and support on contractual matters to project teams and senior management.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for audits and reviews.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts and subcontract management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, specifically with Aramco projects, particularly pipeline projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions and frameworks..

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
