Job Description:

Job Title: Stores Executive (Senior and Junior)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Salary: Up to 6,000 SAR

Senior Stores Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory management, material handling, and compliance with safety and storage regulations.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment of materials to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and storage regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless material flow and address any operational issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in store management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and safety regulations.

 

Junior Stores Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Assist the Senior Stores Executive with day-to-day store operations, including inventory tracking and material handling.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Goods Handling: Receive, store, and dispatch goods in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Material Storage: Ensure that materials are stored correctly and safely, following all relevant procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of inventory management systems and safe storage practices.
