Job Responsibilities:

1. Review & Control all QMS related document like change control, Deviation, out of Specification, CAPA and incident.
2. Review of master BMR/BPR, SOP and specification.
3. Preparation & review of departmental SOP.
4. Participate in internal audit and coordinate for complies and closure.
5. To coordinate in root cause and risk assessment.
6. Review and maintain the executed documents (BMR, BPR, cleaning documents, Logbooks, Formats, analytical data)
7. Issuance and retrieval of all types of formats, logbooks and other documents.
8. To effective, control and distribute SOPs, specification, STP, BMR, BPR and other Master documents I.e. planners/Schedule, protocols etc.
9. Preparation and Review of APQR
10. To prepare and revised Finished Goods label & related FG Material activity.
11. To ensure document and data control.
