Location: Ahmedabad

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead and grow our staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the staffing industry, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of lead generation executives. The Business Head will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the staffing industry.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet their targets.
    • Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for the team, providing regular feedback and support to achieve business objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Client Management:
    • Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
    • Monitor client feedback and industry trends to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure efficient and effective operational processes, including lead generation, recruitment, and client servicing.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team is aligned with the company’s overall goals.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, finance) to ensure smooth operations and resource management.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
    • Develop strategies to position the company as a leader in the staffing industry, both in local and international markets.
    • Analyze business performance and present reports to senior management, with recommendations for improvement.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Industry Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in the staffing industry, with a proven track record in business development and client management.
    • Experience in handling a team of lead generation executives and driving them towards success.
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve challenging targets.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Excellent understanding of the staffing industry, including market dynamics, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Operational Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of lead generation processes and tools, with the ability to optimize team performance.
    • Experience in managing P&L and budgeting in a business setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong network within the staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools.
