Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesperson with a background in auditing and audit consulting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of audit processes, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting our audit consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the audit and consulting sectors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that address their audit and consulting requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our audit consulting services to potential clients. Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Utilize this information to identify potential opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and bids for audit consulting projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and secure contracts. Ensure all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the audit consulting team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales within the audit or consulting industry. A strong understanding of audit processes, standards, and consulting services is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are a plus.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
