Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in static equipment maintenance, shutdown projects, and a thorough understanding of SAP for effective planning and execution. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for static equipment, including pressure vessels, tanks, and piping systems.
  • Utilize SAP to manage work orders, maintenance activities, and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Plan and coordinate shutdown projects, including pre-shutdown planning, resource allocation, and post-shutdown review.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to identify and address potential issues and improve maintenance processes.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to predict maintenance needs and prevent unexpected downtime.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in all maintenance activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Generate and maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on static equipment.
  • Proven experience managing shutdown projects, including planning, execution, and review.
  • Proficiency in SAP for maintenance management, including work order processing and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of static equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair practices.
  • Experience with SABIC/ARAMCO projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications or training in maintenance planning or project management are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with other maintenance management software or tools.
