Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience : Min 2 years as a Pre seller in the FMCG Sector

Salary: Basic              : 2300 SAR

• Housing           : 25% (Basic)
• Transportation : 10% (Basic)
• Mobile              : 100 SAR
• Contract           : 2 years
• Ticket               : Full ticket upon completing the contract (half ticket by company every first year of contract)
• Incentive          : Provided based on KPI and sales target achieved.
• Vacation           : 42 days paid vacation every two years

Job Description:

The main role of a Pre-Seller to support the sales team in promoting and selling Shrimp, Fish, and related value-added products. The Pre-Seller will be responsible for preparing and presenting product information to potential customers, assisting with order processing, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the seafood industry and excellent communication skills.

1) Present and demonstrate shrimp, fish, and related value-added products to potential customers.
2) Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
3) Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers to generate sales leads
4) Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
5) Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
6) Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
7) Prepare sales reports and updates for the sales team and management.
8) Collaborate with sales & marketing management in organizing exhibitions & fairs to introduce products to customers & distributors.

9) Address customer complaints and suggest solutions to resolve issues.

• Develop sales within same area
• Ensure availability of all  products in outlet
• Responsible for forecast sales within routes
• Ensure relevant procedures to maintain and achieve product safety, legality and quality aspects.

MANDATORY (Minimum Qualification) OR PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

Education: College diploma; additional certification or training in sales is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Pre-Seller or similar role in the seafood industry, preferably with knowledge of shrimp, fish, or related products.

Basic Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position & field.
Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

Other Skills & Competencies Requirement: Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications in the seafood industry.
