Job Description-

Job Title: Team Lead -HR (PMS)

Position Type: Full-time

Job Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Experience: 8-10 years

Job brief:

The Performance Management System Specialist will collaborate with HR professionals, managers, and employees to maximize the effectiveness of the system and drive employee engagement and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Performance management System
  • Designing and developing the PMS system as per the requirement of the business under the PMS Head.
  • Supporting the PMS cycle as per the PMS calendar in the entire
  • Identifying the skill gaps and developing various strategies to fill the same.
  • Develop strategies to reduce subjectivity and biasness in PMS.
  • Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance
  • Management training, policies and procedures for TRB personnel.
  • Develops performance management support materials, and recommend.


2. HR Digitalization:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement.
  • Comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and HR priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to streamline HR processes.
  • Enhance employee engagement, and improve overall HR service delivery.
  • Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of HR systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to design and implement.
  • Digital solutions that enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  1. Change Management and Adoption:
  • Lead change management efforts to drive.
  • Adoption of digital HR initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop communication plans and resources to support employees in transitioning to new digital tools and processes.
  • Monitor adoption rates and user feedback, and make adjustments as needed to optimize the user experience.

Requirements and skills:

  • 8-10+ years of work experience in HR operations.
  • Masters in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Initiatives.
  • simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in HR technology implementation, digital transformation, or related roles.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
