Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly data for MS&O and SWB for ROSA input Efficiency tracking vs plan
  • Develop understanding of Business, develop initiatives to reduce Opex through analysis and deliver efficiencies
  • In depth analysis of expense transaction details to support monthly bridging and stewardship
  • Consolidate and distribute Process Opex stewardship reports.
  • Coordinate and consolidate monthly accruals for upload
  • Improve and design template requirements for SAP/ROSA to Opex business plan
  • Providing GMOC system support to BT members to clear AFU backlog, stuck in MOC process, for example: Change name due to transition; adding in names If quality is approved by coordinator, scan and upload PSSR
  • Steward people to follow-up on errant MoC from R3 report
  • Pull R3 report - Monitor temp MoC , permanent (>120d, watch list)
  • Screening meeting - Collate all MoC drafted for screening meeting - Coordinate the MoCs to be screened and schedule the invites for reviewer

  • KPI Scorecard Reporting - Generate R3 report - Do error check
  • Conduct Training (quarterly)
  • Monitor and refer clients to transitional and permanent housing vacancies for all four MOC teams
  • Liaise between all four MOC teams, housing providers, and other Department.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for both internal purposes and external reporting to funders
  • Present quarterly updates on MOC placement performance
  • Manage and audit data in internal, MOC, and databases
  • Maintain records of various client and program related documents
  • Take minutes during monthly and quarterly MOC meetings
  • Participate in up to four Overnight Counts annually
  • Monitor, track, and summarize local, state, and federal regulatory activity around housing policy
  • Negotiate numerous priorities, follow policy, and manage a high degree of communication with multiple parties
  • Impartially assess data and hold individuals accountable to deadlines
  • Assist in connecting referrals from external sources to housing placement opportunities.
