Position: Mechanical Engineer
Experience: Minimum 7 years in residential & commercial building projects
Preferred Experience: Experience with SABIC projects
Salary: SAR 7,000 to 8,000

Location : Saudi Arabia

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop mechanical systems and components for residential and commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage mechanical engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on mechanical engineering matters, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation for all mechanical engineering activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in mechanical engineering within the residential and commercial building sectors.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience working on SABIC projects will be highly regarded.
  • Skills:

o    Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks)

o    Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

o    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

o    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

o    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
