Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Capturing, analysing and documenting business process
Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
Assisting in the implementation of solutions
Experience & Skills:
Technical data knowledge; ETL understanding.
Stakeholder management
Agile delivery hand-on experience
Banking domain knowledge
ESG knowledge desired but not a requisite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to cooperate with a variety of people (across DAO and DBS) to achieve results
Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning
