Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for the factory in alignment with the overall company objectives. This includes setting production goals, optimizing resources, identifying areas for improvement and take necessary corrective actions. 
2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge productivity, quality, and overall performance.
 3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the factory's budget, monitoring expenses, and finding ways to optimize costs without compromising quality and safety. 4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the factory produces products that meet or exceed quality standards. Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address any issues related to product quality. 
5. Health and Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Comply with industry safety standards and regulations. 
6. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of department heads, supervisors, and factory workers. Foster a positive work culture, encourage teamwork, and provide necessary training and development opportunities. 
7. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods in and out of the factory. 
8. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions to production. 
9. Communication: Act as a liaison between the factory and higher management, providing regular updates on production, challenges, and achievements. 
10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits. 
 
Requirements: 
A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field. A master's degree is often preferred. 
Extensive experience in factory or manufacturing management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving production targets. 
Experience of 12 years minimum in manufacturing industry 
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
