Operations Officer cum Warehouse or Depot Controller

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities: Operations Officer cum Warehouse or Depot Controller:

Inventory Management:

1. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
2. Update records for physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
3. Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring they stay within established minimum and maximum levels.
4. Regular inventory audit to verify stock levels.
5. Use inventory management software (ERP/SAP)

Quality Assurance:

1. Inspect deliveries from Plant/Other depots to verify quality and quantity.
2. Dispatch documents versus qty verification.
3. Shelf life maintain, immediate action on near expiry.
4. Strictly followed FIFO
5. Stock Keeping and record keeping as per 5S.

Expense Control:

1. Expenses managing within the budget agreed.
2. Expense analysis:
3. Expense recording as per proper Expense Head
4. Expense control improvements and ideas.

Sale and Delivery Vehicle Management:

1. Tracking vehicles through GPS and analysing fuel consumption (KM/Liter)
2. Route maps are followed, no misuse of vehicles.
3. Assure vehicles in good condition, never unhealthy driven.
4. Vehicle maintenance records. Repair and spare consumption history and analysis.
5. Driver Performance History and analysis.

Reports:

1. Daily Physical Stocks counting and reporting through email.
2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on Stocks, Cash, Expenses and Sale.
3. Weekly reconciliation, Monthly Reconciliation.
4. Depot/Branch performance presentation monthly.
5. Abnormalities and analysis.

Skills:

1. Good in MS Excel
2. SAP knowledge.
3. Email writing /reading understanding subject matter and logical answers.
4. Good communication: Able to handle and explain matters in good way.
5. Stock Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation, Sale Analysis,
6. Depot / Branch P&L analysis.

Education and Experience:

1. Graduate in Accounts and computer literate.
2. 4 years plus relevant experience.
