Job Title: Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager
Job Location: Bahrain
Experience: 10 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Lead sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure target attainment.
- Utilize high communication skills to negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and build lasting partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.
Requirements:
- Min 10 years of experience
- Working Experience in Big 4 accounting firms
- Proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (audit &consultancy)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
