Job Description:
- Obtaining at least an appropriate university qualification.
- Obtaining training and qualification courses (external-internal) related to procurement work and tenders.
- At least 10 years of experience in the same field of services required in the government procurement sector.
- Ability to skillfully prepare correspondence for government agencies and companies in Arabic and English
- Skill in preparing technical and financial reports for purchases and tenders and preparing recommendations.
- Preparing the necessary statistics and studies to implement procurement plans.
- Professionalism in preparing, reviewing, and drafting contracts.
- The ability to provide training programs for members of the Ministry with complete professionalism.
- Ability to deal with modern electronic programs and correspondence
