Intern BD
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented intern to join our Intern- HR Business Development team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and generating leads for our HR solutions and services. You will gain exposure to the exciting world of HR sales and develop skills that will be valuable throughout your career.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Research and compile data on target companies and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain lead lists using CRM software.
- Assist with qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct outreach activities such as cold calling and email marketing (tailored for Saudi Arabian audience).
- Support the development of targeted marketing materials for the Saudi Arabian market.
- Participate in industry events and conferences (virtually or in-person depending on company policy).
- Assist the HR Business Development team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts and the Saudi Arabian business landscape (a plus).
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (familiarity with popular CRMs in the region is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
