Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to develop and implement detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Manage and supervise site activities, including construction crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and material requisitions.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including the Contract Manager, subcontractors, architects, and clients.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on the construction site.
- Ensure productivity on the site operations.
- Controlling site and construction costs.
- Preparation of requisitions and resources.
