Job Description:
·Assessing tax and institutional needs and goals through comprehensive analysis of specific team objectives, studying current challenges and future aspirations accurately to identify precise methods for strategically applying statistical methodologies to facilitate and enhance team efforts in achieving its goals.
·Formulating and developing tax, economic, and institutional statistics strategy targeting accurate data collection and analysis related to taxes to support decision-making processes, focusing on maximum accuracy and sample data suitability.
·Developing effective survey questionnaires for all stakeholders to extract necessary information for tax and institutional services, ensuring clear and comprehensive formulation.
·Supervising the precise collection of tax, institutional, and service data from various sources, whether through surveys, administrative records, interviews, or analysis of existing data related to different activities.
·Studying internal and external tax and operational systems of data, preparing a detailed report and action plan for continuous improvements.
·Analyzing tax and institutional data using advanced statistical methods to extract key results, ensuring stakeholder needs are integrated internally and externally in report outputs.
·Preparing comprehensive periodic tax, institutional, and service reports (weekly, monthly, and as requested), including functional descriptions of data, services provided, and operations, with a focus on key findings and recommendations based on international reporting practices.
·Monitoring and compiling statistical data related to tax, institutional, and service activities, studying local and international variables and assessing their impact.
·Analyzing taxpayer and customer behavior to derive insights into filing patterns, compliance preferences, and trends, aiding in the formulation of effective tax policies and strategies to enhance compliance and revenue collection.
·Predicting future trends and making forecasts based on historical data using financial, economic, and institutional statistical tax methods.
·Participating in designing and implementing tax and institutional statistical database.
·Conducting ongoing educational workshops for employees to develop reporting concepts and refer them to decision-making.
·Coordinating with relevant administrative units and authorities regarding international indicators related to activities and relevant jurisdictions
