Designation: Administrator
Job Location: Qatar

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of clerical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with bilingual
- fluency in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with Internal Audit processes.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage and facilitate official external communication for the IA
- Department with other relevant departments and external
- entities.
- Perform administrative, such as filling and maintaining signed
- documents.
- Write memos, emails, letters on behalf of the IA Supervisor.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Experience maintaining and prioritizing management calendars.
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
