Job Description
The Aftermarket Sales and Services Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through the sale of aftermarket products and services. This role involves managing a team, analyzing market trends, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring exceptional customer support.
Roles and responsibilities
- Looking for candidate with 15+ years of experience out of which minimum 5 years spent on API Pumps.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in Pumps service and Aftermarket sales with experience in Team management.
- Experience in handling Oil & GAS clients is must and should possess good communication skill.
- Candidate having experience in Middle East will be preferred.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for aftermarket product enhancements.
- Develop pricing strategies for aftermarket products and services to maximize profitability.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on product developments and features to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
