Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines)

Qualification: Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil & Structural

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Quantity Survey of Design, Procurement, and construction of hydrocarbon facilities, Pipeline, Piping, Plant Process Equipment’s installation, structural, associated Civil, E & I and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover activities
  • Familiarity with international codes and Standards, including Saudi Aramco Standards.
  • Verification of Quantity Takeoff from Contractual/Bid/V/s IFC for Civil, Mechanical/Piping/E & I.
  • Preparation of evaluation for variation.
  • Checking and finalizing subcontractor’s Valuation and Preparing Payment Certificate.
  • Preparation of Material requisition plan.
  • Assisting in establishing client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies to ensure the proposals will work.
  • Preparation and analysis of the cost of the tender.
  • Analyzing terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such.
  • Forecasting the costs of different resources needed for the project.
  • Preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation.
  • Tender management includes preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions, and assembly of tender documents.
  • Contract management and contractual advice.
  • Valuation of construction work.
  • Claims and Dispute management.
  • Life Cycle Cost analysis.
  • Value Engineering (Quantity Extraction of Post IFC and advice if any).

Terms and Conditions:

  • Mobilization: WITHIN 30 days.
  • Duration: 1 Year (Extendable).
  • Salary: Basic as specified above; Single Status.
  • Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by Company.
  • Paid Vacation: 30 days per year.
  • Medical Insurance: Provided by Company.
  • Working Hours: 60 hrs. per week.
