Roles & Responsibility

  • Seeking a Project Manager experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines.
  • The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction of pipelines.
  • Essential duties:

(1)   Project Management Professional, Oversee and direct Overall project from conception to completion.     

(2)   He shall have experience in Execution of Project from Conceptual Design, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Handover of hydrocarbon facilities, Pipeline, Piping, Plant Process Equipment’s installation, structural steel fabrication, installation, associated Civil, E & I, Communication and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Handover.

(3)   Shall have strong technical background to command-and-control overall project and sub-Contractors.

(4)   He shall be fully familiar with and aware of international codes and Standards.

(5)   Review the project Scope in-depth to schedule deliverables and execute the project as planned and within Budget.

(6)   Maintain relationships with Top Management of the Clients.

(7)   Attending project meetings with the Client

(8)   Ensure the correct application of the terms and conditions of the ongoing contracts.

(9)   Monitoring of project resources identifying potential optimizations.

(10)          Prepare reports, consolidating progress and highlighting areas of concern.

(11)          Monitor the overall project/s performance in terms of scheduling, cost, quality and HSE requirements.

(12)          Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.

(13)          Identify potential contractual Change Orders and Claims.

(14)          Coordinate the preparation and negotiate with Client the variations of the contract.

(15)          Foresee clients' requirements and be able to provide appropriate best solutions.

(16)          Support the Procurement and Engineering Teams.

(17)          Responsible and oversee all onsite and offsite overall Projects activities such as but not limited to:

(a)   Laise Planning, Scheduling, Project Control and resource management.

(b)   Engineering Management,

(c)   Procurement Management,

(d)   Construction Management 

(e)   Sub-Contractor Management and Control.

(f)     QHSE Management monitors compliance with schedule, quality, Safety and within budget. 

(g)   Coordinate and direct Project Team for all project phases of Execution. 

(h)   managing project administration define the mechanism, monitor and Control.

(i)     maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects / Stakeholders and their impact.

(j)     Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.

(k)   Conducting a periodic project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed and for further improvement.

(l)     preparing any follow-on action recommendations.

(m)  Supervise Selecting tools, materials and equipment and establish track inventory.

(n)   Review the work progress on daily basis.

(o)   Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

(p)   Direct for Plan ahead (Monthly, Weekly) to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

(q)   Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

(r)    Meet contractual conditions of performance.

(s)   Laise with QHSE and ensure Standard Compliance.
