Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 - 2 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting with Day-to-day HR Activities
- Providing Clerical HR Admin Support
- Manage End-to-end Recruitment
- Support for employee’s documentation work
- Support to give a solution for HR activities related Issues
- Assist with the Interview coordination
- Assist HR Recruitment process
Skills :
- To manage End-to- end recruitment cycle
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Fresher can also apply
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume database
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
