Position: Operations Manager (Atlas Copco Oil-Free Air Compressor)
Location: Accra, Ghana (On-site, with work-related travel to mine areas)
Job Type: On-site
Reporting To: General Manager

Core Mandatory Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Atlas Copco oil-free air compressors size 2 & up.
• Advanced engineering skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of Atlas Copco oil-free compressors size 2 and up, including execution, installation, maintenance, repair, and maintenance work.

Typical Duties:

• Ensure efficient servicing of compressors on all sites through the engineering and technical team.
• Conduct market research for market expansion, understand trends, create marketing strategy, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Train and develop Service Engineers/Technicians.
• Prepare and track schedules for contract customers.
• Maintain electronic and physical records of service activities.
• Handle internal and external communication as required.
• Collaborate with the sales team to target industrial clients.
• Generate reports for all sites as advised by Management.

Key Performance Areas:

• Manage execution of installation, maintenance, replacement, or repair work.
• Compile necessary technical documentation for the machine.
• Supervise assembling of tools for installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Contribute to workflow planning in coordination with the company and operations planning department.
• Carry out repair work according to company's wishes or instructions.
• Contribute to preparation of technical documentation for the respective machine and final report.
