Job Description
- Knows well to develop the new products in vegetarian stuff like Namkeen, sweet items, variety of Samosas, variety of recipes for other different food products
- Innovative attitude, trying to do something new or finding a unique way to do things.
- Should have from R&D Function in food processing industry
- To have practical and theoretical exposure/ knowledge in doing the things right
- Supports the team for recipe development, Developing & maintaining flavour library, vendor identification & development. Supports recipe transfer for commercialization, Reporting to Lead NPD chef/ Quality Head.
- The candidate should be result oriented to adhere the timeline for developing different products
- Excellent computer knowledge and to provide data/ MIS to management from time to time
- The candidate should be M.Sc. / B.Tech- Food/ Hospitality with experience of 10 plus years in FMCG -Food products.
