Job Description:
Human Resources Expert
• Knowledgeable and familiar with the Qatari Human Resources Law.
• Providing advice regarding the necessary measures to be taken in accordance with the law.
• Analyze data and find solutions.
• Evaluating the workflow and mechanism.
• Documenting internal procedures for departments.
• Discover new opportunities to add value to current jobs and to other jobs.
• Contributing to preparing the administration’s budget.
• Performing any other tasks assigned to him related to the nature of the work.
- Holds a first university degree in accounting, management, or any related specialty.
- Has at least 10 years of experience (government sector only) in Qatar.
• Knowledgeable and familiar with the Qatari Human Resources Law.
• Providing advice regarding the necessary measures to be taken in accordance with the law.
• Analyze data and find solutions.
• Evaluating the workflow and mechanism.
• Documenting internal procedures for departments.

• Familiarity with Arabic and English.
