Job Description:
Expert and Consultant in Project Management

- Have a university qualification in project management / information systems / engineering or equivalent, preferably a master’s degree in project management or equivalent.
- Holds a recognized certificate in the field of project management from one of the official international institutes/centres for project management.
- He has at least 10 years of experience in the field of project management
He must have the ability to perform the following tasks:
- The ability to use artificial intelligence techniques to develop work efficiency and achievement.
- Familiarity with Arabic and English.
- The ability to provide consultations in the field of project management and its various topics.
- Providing advice and guidance in the field of project management for ongoing and future projects.
- Providing consultations on improving processes and increasing efficiency in project management.
- Developing project management office methodologies and methods according to recent developments in organizing project management offices:
- Develop and improve project management methodologies for the office.
- Updating processes and methods to ensure best practice compliance.
- Developing the PMO Service Catalog.
- Monitor and follow up on project performance.
- Providing the necessary support to departments in implementing projects effectively according to specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor the progress of projects and prepare periodic reports on performance and potential problems with proposed solutions.
- Supporting the office’s clients in using the project management system, while participating in the continuous development of the system according to requirements and changes.
- Supporting departments in analyzing potential project risks, developing a strategy to deal with them, and following up on their resolution.
- Implementing procedures to reduce risks and ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Preparing programs to develop cadres in the field of projects.
- Directing and developing the office team in the field of project management.
- Organizing training courses and workshops to enhance the skills of the office’s clients.
- Preparing and developing performance indicators for the office and projects, measuring them, and preparing periodic analytical reports with proposals and recommendations.
- Participate in developing development strategies to achieve the Authority’s objectives in the field of project management.
- Participation in any other work related to the Project Management Office
