Designation: Production Manager

Job Description

o   Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

o   Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

o   Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.

o   Prepare the shop production order, cut list & specify each machine load.

o   Ensuring all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks.

o   Quality checks including pre-weld, pre-surface treatment, post surface treatment.

o   Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring load lists Confers with Project Manager to coordinate activities with other organizational units and prioritizing work product

o   Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.

o   Scheduling all jobs loaded to factory based on: Job complexity – Machine limitations - Material Availability - Job priority.

o   Follow up all jobs during the fabrication processes, to avoid any problems during shipping.

o   Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

o   Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff

o   Collect and analyze data to manage overtime.

o   Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

o   Review DWGs / BOM & check order to be sure it matches with Machines Limitations & Material Availability.

o   Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
