Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities
- Delivers booking targets & growth strategies and manages bookings forecasting for assigned territories reporting into Regional Sales Manager.
- Secure all open opportunities utilizing our selling processes.
- Working with channel partners to identify current or underserved accounts and develop selling strategies to optimize customer penetration including direct interaction with end users.
- Responsible for providing technical consulting and commercial end users and channel partners.
- Provides input on customer solutions & services offerings related to enhancing reliability and operational effectiveness for products.
- Develops detailed plans to deliver bookings & growth for territory within region in alignment with strategic plan.
- Works with internal organization to ensure that channel partners have the skills & knowledge needed to sell our products and services effectively.
- Stay informed on industry technology trends and standards.
- Works closely with RSMs, ASMs and facilities to understand customer requirements and ensure provision of value-add solutions.
- Provides technical descriptions and content for proposals.
- Booking, forecasting & reporting and pipeline management.
- Key account relationship management.
- Responsible for safety, ethics and other legal compliance requirements in alignment with Sundyne policy.
- Sell a full range of Sundyne pump and compressor products, supplies and services; requires technical and consultative-selling skills.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
- Works with product line managers and internal services organizations to ensure that channel/customers have the skills/knowledge needed to sell our services effectively.
