Synopsis: This Position is responsible for the sales,marketing & Dispatch of Steel in West Africa Market.

 

Job description

 

Ø Position needs to be Station at Mali,West Africa
Ø Able to Handle Team of 6 to 7 Sales person.
Ø Understand Market of Africa.
Ø Can Lead the Sales team from Front.
Ø Visiting Buyer for order and Payments on Daily Basis
Ø Working in local market and near by countries.
Ø Develops new prospects and interacts with Customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services
Ø Coordinate with production department to follow-up the order status.
Ø Handling customer queries.
Ø Keeping records for pending and dispatched orders.
Ø Follow ups on outstanding payments.
Ø Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness among current and potential customers.
Ø Build relationships and partnerships with key marketplace partners and suppliers .
Ø Undertaking competitor research & propose changes required to stay ahead in the competition.
Ø Support in the launch of new products worldwide .
Ø Driving internal and external communications.
Ø Handle sales executive and subordinate staff.

 

 

Skills Require

Good Communication skills in English and French

Good analytic skills.

 

10-12 years work experience of sales & marketing 

  • Good Level of commercial awareness.
  • Good Negotiation Skills.
  • The ability to understand the needs of the customer
  • Cope up with pressure in order to meet targets
  • Tact and diplomacy should be helpful.

Qualification

MBA In Marketing
