Job Description:
Candidates with experience in the payroll department, provided that the candidate has:
- More than10 years of experience in the field;
- Fully familiar with the Qatari Human Resources Law and working for government agencies,
- Familiar with the SAP system.
- Arab male who speaks Arabic.
- Prepares financial reconciations and settlements and employee entitlements in accordance with contracts and related decisions.
- Prepares employee payrolls, reviews them, enters them into the system, and takes procedures to transfer them to banks.
- Preparing the draft budget and coordinating this matter with the relevant administrative units.
- Implementing the necessary procedures to grant, amend, or stop various bonuses, rewards, and allowances, and prepare the necessary memorandums and correspondence in this regard.
Location : Qatar
Budget : 17 to 20K QAR according to competence
