Job Description:
? Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related
field is preferred.
? A valid Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license is mandatory.
? Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai primary property market is highly
desirable. Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Dubai Properties
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Strong knowledge of Dubai's primary property market, including key locations,
developments, and market trends.
? Proficiency in using real estate software and technology for property listings and client
management.
? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
? A valid UAE driver's license is often preferred.
