Position: A/C Repair Maintenance Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Electromechanical Services Department

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5+ years

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/TRAININGS REQUIRED BY THE JOB:

MANDATORY OR PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• BS Engineering, or Diploma, or Vocational course or equivalent relevant work
• Industrial Air-conditioning system including its relevant testing and working standards.
• Knowledge on MS word & excel, good in oral & written communication
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the field.
• Very good in trouble shooting and imparting knowledge to subordinates.
• Supervisory Management System
• Predictive Maintenance System

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Directly reports to Refrigeration and Air conditioning Manager.

2.      Ensures SRO’s work activities are done according to the projected target with quality & productivity.

3.      Prepares simple calculations and Design for new and modification system.

4.      Recommend update of as built plans for future references.

5.      Prepares material and labor estimates

6.      Recommends & Prepares fixed asset disposal if it is beyond economical repair.

7.      Recommends P.R. of critical materials and disposed company asset.

8.      Ensures that all works are done in accordance of approved SOP.

9.      Responsible for the safekeeping of tools and equipment including housekeeping of assigned work place and workshop.

10.   Prepares daily/weekly/monthly accomplishment report.
