Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with prospective employers. Your primary responsibility is to source, attract, and match candidates to job opportunities based on the specific needs and requirements of our clients. You will act as a liaison between employers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates with relevant skills and experience.

  2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, personality fit, and career aspirations. Assess their suitability for specific job roles and present shortlisted candidates to clients.

  3. Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture. Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

  4. Job Advertisements: Write compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract top talent.

  5. Talent Mapping: Proactively research and identify potential candidates and competitors within the industry to build a talent pipeline.

  6. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties are well-informed throughout the process.

  7. Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the job offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  8. Candidate Onboarding: Support candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

  9. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

  10. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client feedback, and recruitment metrics to assess performance and improve processes.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Good to have worked in Recruitment industry
  • Should be ready to join immediately to 7 days
  • Must have at least 2 years experience into Recruitment
  • Good to have MBA or any master degree
  • Good Communication skills
