Position - Technical Support Executive ( Night Shift )
Notice – Immediate joiner
Location – Ahmedabad - near Gujarat College Road
Experience - 3 - 4 years
Working Hours - Shift 1 - 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Shift 2 - 11:30 PM to 9 :00 AM
Requirements
- Experience in International voice process.
- Having a good knowledge in Technical Software support.
- Research and review issues and communicate effective solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
- Well versed in written and verbal communication on a technical level in a professional manner.
