Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Assist in candidate screening, shortlisting, and conducting initial interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.

Collaborate with recruitment consultants and provide administrative support in maintaining candidate databases and client records.

Schedule interviews, manage interview feedback, and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the team in preparing reports and analysis related to recruitment activities and performance metrics.

Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other promotional activities to attract top talent.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
