Job Description:
  •  Issue of offer letters, appraisal letters, appointment letters.
  •     Man power recruitment
  • ·  Security , CCTV and all routine admin related works.
  • ·  All HR & welfare related activities with HR activity Calendar.
  • ·  Organize and maintain personnel records
  • ·  Update internal databases (e.g. record sick leave)
  • ·  Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • ·  Managing primary utilities and Office Administration including Vendor Management.
  • ·  Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
  • ·  Stationary Handling and General administration support.
  • ·  Must have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • · Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • · Assist in bookings and other supports as required.
  • · Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • · Good written and verbal communication skills
