Job Description:
- Issue of offer letters, appraisal letters, appointment letters.
- Man power recruitment
- · Security , CCTV and all routine admin related works.
- · All HR & welfare related activities with HR activity Calendar.
- · Organize and maintain personnel records
- · Update internal databases (e.g. record sick leave)
- · Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- · Managing primary utilities and Office Administration including Vendor Management.
- · Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- · Stationary Handling and General administration support.
- · Must have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- · Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- · Assist in bookings and other supports as required.
- · Strong organizational and planning skills.
- · Good written and verbal communication skills
