Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in bringing new IT clients to the company and successfully selling our services to decision makers, including Vice Presidents and Managing Directors. The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Females are preferred for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry, focusing on key decision makers such as Vice Presidents and Managing Directors.
  • Utilize networking, cold calling, and other techniques to generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the IT needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our company's IT services to clients, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the technical and marketing departments, to provide customized solutions and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and met.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in bringing new clients and selling IT services to decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Availability to travel as required to meet with clients
  • Should be ready to work with staffing industry
