    • PARAM Renewable is the O&M arm of Gensol (www.gensol.in) having a passionate to transform Asset Management And O&M of Renewable Energy (RE) Projects with AI tech-enabled analytics tool. 
    • The Leadership team of PARAM has a collective experience of more than 100 years of providing O&M services to very large geography and currently manages a portfolio of close to 5200+ MWp in both Solar and Wind segments. 
  • Job Description: 

    • Draft Customer / Project specific O&M service proposals for Solar – Wind, Hybrid Renewable Energy power plants, including technical, commercial, Project specific SOW / SLA and corresponding KPIs. 
    • Those who have secured some international Project in O&M of Solar Business in B2B Segment will be preferred.   
    • Review Tender docs, NITs, RFP, RFQ, analyze project Risk & strategize Risk mitigation plan, Draft Tender. 
    • Summary to seek ‘GO - NO GO’ decision from Higher-ups / Head - BD. 
    • Strategize Techno-commercial business proposal, as per service/SOW/Competitor/market intelligence. 
    • Coordinate, collate and edit bid input from a variety of stakeholders including engineering, project management, finance, legal, taxation and commercial support. 
    • Strategize BOM / BOQ / SOW as per tender / RFP / RFQ. 
    • Market intelligence for Cost, quality, USP and competitor’s USP to win tenders and Lead the Solar, Wind O&M service business. 
    • Draft Market and competitors landscape. 
    • Estimate our rank in completion and find gaps and strategies. 
    • Estimation and costing for projected Tender. 
    • Able to work on new solutions / optimization based on recent market developments. 
    • Creating a value for the customers via offering customer specific service solutions, drive the negotiation until contract is signed. 
    • Attend techno -commercial meetings with customer and propose suitable optimized solutions. 
    • To achieve the business targets set by concerned Sales and Marketing Manager in line with Product Group guidelines. 
    • Frequent visits related to Customers and Market Opportunities. 
    • Effectively working together with Front-end, Pre-sales and other Sales/ Business Units. 
    • Establishing effective customer relations, understanding customer needs in order to develop a service solution and ensuring positive customer experience. 
    • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. 
  • Candidate’s background 

    • B.E in electrical, Electronic Engineering. 
    • Around ‘5 to 10 years for Manager’, ‘2 to 5 years for Deputy Manager’ of professional experience at similar position in Solar / Wind / Renewables Segment. 
    • Knowledge of O&M service offerings / SOW to Solar / Wind / Renewable power plants, including Electrical Balance of Plant starting from output of PV Modules to Grid Connection. 
    • In-depth practical knowledge of Ground mounted, multi-MW capacity, Solar Plant’s Operation and maintenance. 
    • Knowledge of PV syst Calculations. 
    • Knowledge of latest Technologies and O&M practices used to enhance / increase energy yield of Solar / Wind / Renewable plants. 
    • Knowledge of Power Quality (PQ) enhancement technics and practices is highly desirable. 
    • Good command over English (spoken and written) with expertise to articulate the proposal. 
    • Professional word jugglery in English is highly desirable. 
    • Good listener and strategize before action. 
    • Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 
    • Willingness to frequent business trips. 
    • Problem solver, Goal-oriented. 
    • Strong communication skills to influence and challenge bid team members and even senior personnel where necessary, and facilitate and negotiate with multiple, geographically dispersed, internal stakeholders. 
    • High proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Sound commercial understanding and risk management skills. 
    • Strong process, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to multi-task on several different bids as required. 
    • An easy-going yet professional manner - calm under pressure, and with a well-developed awareness of team-working to get the best from a virtual team. 
    • Flexibility, and a full understanding of the global nature of our business: as part of a worldwide team, availability for communications in any time zone may be necessary.
