Job Description:
- Planning process to be implemented, Ensure no sales loss
- ABC categorization to be implemented for all domestic products.
- Ensuring optimum inventory levels to be maintained to support budgeted sales.
- Ensure CMO on boarding process to be implemented.
- Ensure quality agreements and commercial agreements for the existing/ongoing CMOs
- New APIs requirements for R&D development to be onboarded with commercialization perspective
- Inventory to be reviewed on monthly basis, ensure for liquidation of non-moving
- Credit management policy to be implemented for FG billing.
- CNF returns to be reviewed, appropriate actions to be implemented to avoid returns in future
- STN to be reduced.
- SLAs to be implemented in consent with plant teams
- Process to be setup for Export order management and CMO supplies.
