Job Description:

Responsibilities:

 

·      Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.

 

·         Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.

 

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

 

·         Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

 

·         Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

 

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

 

·         Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities and address market challenges.

 

·         Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services.

 

·         Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, sales planning, and budgeting activities for the assigned territory.

 

·         Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
