Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand talent requirements, develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, and create job descriptions that align with the organization's goals.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and conduct phone and/or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Participate in interview panels, provide feedback to hiring managers, and collaborate in the final selection process.
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Contribute to creating compelling job postings, maintaining a strong online presence, and engaging with potential candidates to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Generate regular reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
